New direction, new year ahead

Attention: open in a new window. PDFPrintE-mail

So, another year seems to have gone by in a flash.  It’s hard to believe 2017 is nearly here!

It’s certainly been a year of ups and downs what with the ending of Growth Accelerator funding but then that has opened up new opportunities and allowed me the chance to really look at the business, the direction in which it’s heading, and the strategy I am now adopting for the year ahead.

One highlight has been working with award winning companies, Aish Technologies and Inspire Professional Services.  It really brings it home when you see such achievement from two leading companies within their industry and a great endorsement of the work that I undertake.  I’m very lucky to work with such a diverse group of businesses and people – seeing them work their way through leadership, employee engagement, motivational maps, and the success that this then brings not only to the company but the personal achievement of the individuals.

I’m also very pleased to be working with the UK Call Centre Forum again and really enjoyed running a 3-hour workshop for their members at the 8x8 Building in London.

Of late, I’ve started to produce webinars to educate coaches, team leaders, businesses owners and HR Managers in the benefits of using Motivational Maps, which can result in them becoming Motivational Maps Practitioners.

It’s already started to gain traction thanks to the partnership with Noble Manhattan, who are kindly promoting it to their coaches world-wide.

As I say I have been looking long and hard at my strategic approach and I’ve decided to venture into the one to many approach. I’m looking at opening up my award - winning programmes and make them available to a wider audience at affordable prices.

This will be made up of three strands of my business strategy going forward – Generating Revenue, Unlocking Employee Engagement & Motivation, and my Engaging Leaders program.  This is all leading to writing my book as well which I can well and truly say is now underway – I have talked about it for long enough!  So, watch this space and I look forward to being able to share more with you in early 2017.

So, here’s to a new year, new challenges, and successes.  Wishing you all a very Happy Christmas and if you’re getting away over the festive season – enjoy your break.  I’m heading off to the slopes and looking forward to some winter sun and après skiing.

I look forward to catching up again with you all in 2017, thank you for your support and I wish you every success for the year ahead!
