Exciting projects are looming!

Attention: open in a new window. PDFPrintE-mail

While January was a slow month it’s hard to believe we’re already three quarters of the way through the second month of 2017.  Will time ever slow down?!

Some exciting projects are kicking off this month with a workshop for the Post Office and 70 of their managers.  It’s been a little while in the planning so it’s always satisfying when they come to fruition.

I made a January offer to some of my clients to take me up on a retainer for Motivational Maps and I’m pleased to say that three clients so far have taken up the option.

Grant Thornton have given the go ahead for the ‘G Programme’ which I’ve been in talks with since the ending of Growth Accelerator nearly a year ago.  It’s very rewarding to have been selected as one of only five coaches they will be using for the scheme and to be invited to run some of their workshops.  The launch date is yet to be decided but it’s definitely “watch this space”! I’m also in talks with Oxford Innovation to do something similar.

In addition to these two exciting developments I’m also pleased, having presented for Business South last month on leadership and engagement, to have been invited to Solent University to do some guest speaking and doubling up with some more presenting for Business South.

Following an inspirational workshop I attended earlier in this month, I’m re-visiting the way I offer training courses and how the information is packaged.  I’ve been reviewing what the work I deliver stands for.

I will be revealing some new ideas at a presentation I’m giving at:

Introduction to Engaging Leaders
Date: Wednesday, 22 February 2017
Location: 1000 Lakeside, Western Road, Portsmouth, England, PO6 3EN

As you may recall over the Christmas period I was able to write 30,000 words of my book, which I’ve now reviewed and again.  I’ll be changing the way this is presented. This book will be about how you can ‘Generate P.R.O.F.I.T.S’ for your business. More on that to come!

On the client front I’m delighted to be working with a brand new client, Raphael Bank, who have signed up to my ‘Engaging Leaders’ Programme. We’re under way and it is all going well so far.

In amongst all this fun I’ve had interest from Dubai and Denmark regarding training and I’m working on some online business with a specialist recruiter. It’s early days so more on that in next month’s blog.
